At Long Last
It has been at least seven years in process. It has been delayed, important documents lost or misplaced, prayed over and finally awarded. At long last the sun has risen and the KITAS visa has been approved. The directors of the Indonesia base have been given the best visa they could have. It allows then to remain in the country for a total of three years. It offers the right to own a business and purchase land.
The social and medical work require special visa status. It has been a costly and sometimes an overwhelming process. We are so thankful that this weight has been lifted off the leaders. The help offered to the poor in the remote islands in North Maluku is an honor. They people of this region have become very special to our leaders and staff. The directors of the base in Indonesia have given their lives to serve the people of North Maluku. Their efforts have just been made much easier.
